Job Description
This Data Analyst will work on a hybrid schedule 2 days in office, 3 days remote (Monday/Tuesday or Monday/Wednesday in office). This person will help set up new products in the ecommerce system. This person will be handling large data sets within excel. This analyst is partnering with existing vendors to add new products, with new skews and create the associated set up. This person will help the vendor in a timely manner and gather associated content with the products. They must have strong communication and customer service skills via phone, email, in person, and chat. This person will then be tracking the skew data and the status of these skews in Excel until uploaded to the site. There are go-lives for the skews and this person will be ensuring these are accurate and uploaded properly.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with onboarding vendors into systems, handling vendor data
- Strong hands on experience with Excel - vlookups, pivot tables
- Strong communication and customer service skills (phone, video, written, chat) and ensuring that the vendors/buyers are aligned
- Ability to track skews/data appropriately and meet timelines
- High attention to detail and organized
