Job Description

DAY TO DAY

o Processing invoices, debits, credits, and file management.

o Reconciliation and closure of financial and administrative documents.

o Manage vendor proposals, invoices, pay application, change orders, etc.

o Support internal and external stakeholders with Tenant Improvement Allowance (TIA), license applications, notices of construction commencement and completion, tax notifications, etc. for new and existing stores.

o Prepare, submit, and track requests for funding of project budgets.

o Assist in the bidding process, store walk and warranty process, store construction document storage, new store address verification, etc.

o Provide support to internal/external team members in the use of Project Management Software.

Required Skills & Experience

o 2+ years of experience with accounts payable, reconciliation, and invoicing

o Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, with expert knowledge of Excel.

o SAP or ERP experience

o Customer Service mindset

o Highly organized, ability to prioritize, and adapt to quickly changing situations.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

o Bachelor's degree in finance, construction, or related field. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

o Experience with Project Management Software (Projectmates, Procore, etc.)

o Knowledge of construction and financial terminology.
