Job Description

A client/employer in Arlington, TN is looking for a HR Business Partner to joint their multi-billion dollar venture. The HR Business Partner will be reporting to the Head of Human Resources of this venture and act as an executive administrator, as well as, a HR partner with all needs. Day to day duties will include administrative duties like scheduling travel through their concur system (both domestic and international) , maintaining calendars, gathering and coordinating data and meeting materials prior to scheduled meetings, and taking notes during high priority meetings. Other HR functions will include organizational design, and strategic planning for anything the director may need, creating reports, making graphs, and holding some eveluations.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in administrative position supporting executives

3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office suite Products (Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

3+ years of experience in administrative role supporting Executives

Experience reporting, and gathering data

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Fluent in English and Korean with the ability to translate either language as needed
