Insight Global's client is a supplier of aluminum and other mined natural resource products across the globe. They have many locations across the US and are looking for a Remote Manufacturing Recruiter to support their Global Business Services Division, and more specifically recruiting on roles for their plant in Yankton, SD. This position is due to the increased demand on that plant and is a 2-3 month contract but can possibly extend. This role is preferred to sit in Yankton, SD but they are open to anyone willing to work remotely during Central Time hours of 8AM-4:30PM.
Summary:
The team is responsible for delivering efficient, high-quality recruitment services across North America. The Recruiter / People Resourcing specialist reports to Head of People Resourcing in North America.
Job Responsibilities:
· Complete at least 10 phone screens daily
· Support recruiting for their Yankton, SD manufacturing plant, mainly for hourly positions
· Drive full cycle recruitment processes in close cooperation with hiring managers
o Ensure stakeholders (HR/Managers) are informed of recruiting status in a timely manner
o Actively source for candidates through all channels available
o Build talent pipelines for roles
Job Requirements:
· Ability to develop and forge relationships with stakeholders by providing excellent customer service for recruitment
· Process driven and have a good understanding of different selection methods and interviewing techniques
· Proficiency in Office 365

- 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years of recruiting on manufacturing/plant roles (particularly hourly)
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Familiarity with the MS suite and an HRIS/ATS
- Experience managing at least 10 reqs at a time
- Ability to work independently, multitask and good documentation/note taking skills for phone screens
- Able to work 8AM-4:30PM Central
