Job Description
We’re looking for experienced Rack & Stack Technicians and a Field Supervisor to join our Inside Plant (ISP) installation team for a large-scale data center project. This is hands-on work installing and anchoring network racks according to detailed MOPs and customer specifications.
• Assemble, level, and anchor server racks and ladder trays following site MOPs.
• Use precision tools such as lasers, HEPA vacuums, and calibrated torque wrenches.
• Perform drilling, anchoring, and verification of rack placement and alignment.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures (PTP, PPE, housekeeping).
• Assist with site layout, labeling, and cable management.

Required Skills & Experience
• Prior data center or large-scale network installation experience.
• Strong understanding of rack alignment, anchoring, and general ISP installation.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work safely on ladders or lifts.
• OSHA 10/30 and BICSI credentials are a plus.
• Must be detail-oriented and professional in a live customer environment.
