The QSE is responsible for engineering and executing improvements to Quality Management Systems (QMS) in North America, supporting engineering efforts that relate to quality improvement at all stages of the product life cycle, and participating in and supporting activities involving compliance with applicable regulatory and QMS requirements. QSE is also responsible for coordinating and executing the plan to maintain an IATF-certified quality system.
Responsibilities:
Lead projects and team initiatives that drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement programs to assess and enhance process, product, and equipment accuracy and capability.
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System.
Plan and conduct audits, including preparation, execution, evaluation, and follow-up.
Support corrective and preventive actions to improve ISO compliance and overall quality.
Create training materials and lead sessions on quality improvement tools and methodologies.
Stay current with updates to ISO standards and ensure policies and procedures remain applicable.
Manage customer CAPA, internal non-conformance, and quality system documentation.

1. Bachelors degree with three years of quality systems experience in a manufacturing environment or a
combination of education coupled with five years of relevant experience.
2. Proven working experience of lean Manufacturing concepts.
3. Proven experience working with SAP/ERP system and respective quality management modules.
