The Account Manager is responsible for growing revenue by managing customer relationships, winning new business, and expanding existing accounts. This role focuses on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and effective use of CRM systems to manage opportunities. The Account Manager partners with internal teams to deliver projects from initial inquiry through execution and post-delivery support.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive profitable sales growth through new customer acquisition and existing account expansion
Prospect new opportunities using market data, CRM insights, and structured outreach
Identify key decision makers and promote full project and service capabilities
Manage the full sales lifecycle from inquiry to contract close
Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM and internal customer systems
Lead or support customer meetings, site visits, and presentations
Interpret customer technical requirements and document project details
Coordinate handoff to operations after order confirmation
Provide ongoing customer service during and after project delivery
Report sales performance and pipeline activity to leadership

Required Skills & Experience
Experience in machine installation/relocation industry, OR industrial construction
Proven experience in full cycle account management - need to have a book of business
Experience working with contracts, specifically managing or reviewing contracts
Industry awareness and negotiation skills
Comfort Microsoft Office and Excel
Experience supporting projects from quote through execution
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Background working with mechanical installation engineering teams
