Insight Global is looking for a North American Sales Manager for one of the largest textiles clients in the upstate of SC. This person will be a part of a team of 3, each overseeing a specific region (ie. Asia, Europe, and North America, what this person would oversee). They will be managing a team of 4 sales people that oversee the direct relationships with their customers. The Sales Manager will be responsible for coaching the sales team on how to identify new customers and enhance existing relationships, traveling with their sales team to meet customers to build relationships through trust and resolve any issues that arrive from the before onboarding to the after sale process, and having key leadership conversations with C-Level executives within their clients organization. The schedule is flexible due to the nature of the work, but this person needs to be available to fly to a customer at any time. The majority of the customers sit west of Denver, but could travel across all of North America (US & Canada). Lastly, this person will be responsible for pulling reports and metrics for internal reporting on a monthly basis.
