Insight Global is looking for a Secret cleared ServiceNow Architect to join the team sitting fully remote in support of a Federal client. The architect will be responsible for the following:
Provides subject matter expertise, acts as the technical product advocate, designs, develops and implements ITIL processes, ITSM, ITOM, SACM, Knowledge, Demand and Release Management modules within ServiceNow platform.
Understands user requirements and translates them into technical solutions that align with customer expectations; requires the ability to listen, interpret, strategize, and communicate.
Maintains an awareness and understanding of technological advances; provide continuous research, assessments, and recommendations of new relevant resources and technologies available for the ServiceNow platform; performs and participates in product road map planning.
Leads the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet customer needs and conform to industry best practices while meeting DoD or other operational policy requirements.
Provides technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
Performs assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations and recommends for improvements.
Ensures the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.
Proposes data model, design changes to processes and products; exerts significant latitude in determining objectives of an assignment.
Creates technical design documents.
Designs and develops extensions to ServiceNow data model in support of requirements towards CMDB, SACM and other modules.
Reviews and refines designs for usability, reviews testing scenarios and refines test cases, to ensure applications quality, and works with users to review test results to ensure they meet expected results.
Supports and coordinates scheduling and execution of releases, product upgrades, and new technology deployments.
Produces and maintains detailed system documentation including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, disaster recovery, tech notes, testing, etc.
Creates and maintains the current state of the ServiceNow architecture documentation and provides architectural control.
Creates well-structured test plans and coordinates testing activities.
Translates technical complexities to project stakeholders and validates they understand the effects of the design decisions on the areas of ServiceNow implementation.
Leads ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution.
