Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Secret cleared Business Analyst to sit fully remote in support of a Federal client. The BA will be responsible for the following:
Meet with Stakeholders and customers to publicize ServiceNow offerings, collect requirements, document concerns and areas of opportunity to provide capabilities via the ServiceNow platform.
Research available ServiceNow integration capabilities with external vendors/technologies.
Use above research to propose ideas and solutions to minimize or resolve problems/issues collected and documented during dialogue with customers and ServiceNow users.
Create training resources for internal or external use, as needed, as ServiceNow offerings evolve. Trainings may be to end ServiceNow platform users or others.
Generate and deliver necessary ServiceNow reports to audiences.
Use Agile methods and tools to incrementally deliver value by transforming business inputs into actionable activities.
Actively collaborate with ServiceNow team members to identify and resolve problems, remove barriers to development or delivery, and maintain morale.
Develop and grow the team internally including knowledge sharing for cross-support coverage of duties, tasks, and responsibilities to ensure comprehensive coverage of essential capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience
Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Management AND
5+ years of experience supporting corporate operations functions with data management and analysis AND
3 +years of experience in the areas of data management, data analysis, and data visualization.
Experience in designing multiple data visualization techniques, and applying the most appropriate visualization tailored to different audiences OR
High School Diploma AND
10+ years of direct work experience with the use of information technology to develop and/or integrate complex data. OR Technical Training in relevant enterprise hosting technology areas AND
10+ years of hands-on experience with Enterprise Hosting or similar projects, to include three (3) of the following five (5) areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Data Analysis, Test & Evaluation, and Training. Experience may be achieved simultaneously Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and/or public service (Department of Defense) leadership in Information Technology, Architecture or Engineering.
Demonstrated experience developing/configuring ServiceNow reports.
Demonstrated experience working with technical teams to resolve ServiceNow system issues.
Experience working with Servcie Now developers/intergators to develop requirements and and deliver products to Service Now users.
Demonstrated ability to commit and take ownership, to deliver on-time quality solutions for areas of responsibility.
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision yet be responsive to heightened observation, as needed.
Demonstrated ability to communicate with and teach diverse audiences, including government customers and peers, of both technical and non-technical backgrounds and content.
Agile (scrum preferred) experience with Confluence, JIRA, and/or other similar resources.
