Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager to support a large-scale aerospace manufacturing initiative with Boeing. This individual will be responsible for overseeing delivery execution, stakeholder alignment, resource planning, and program governance to ensure successful achievement of production and non-conformance resolution objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex programs within aerospace, engineering, manufacturing, or operations environments, with a proven ability to drive execution, manage risks, and maintain strong client relationships.

Required Skills & Experience
•Bachelor's degree required
•10+ years of program and/or project management experience
•Experience within aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or operations environments
•Experience managing onsite delivery teams and client governance processes
•Strong reporting, metrics, and stakeholder management experience
•U.S. Person eligible to complete Boeing Proprietary Information (PI) Training
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
•PMP certification or equivalent
•Previous Boeing program experience
•Experience supporting fixed-fee and milestone-based delivery models
