Job Description
We are seeking an Account Representative to support operations within a fast-paced logistics and transportation environment. This individual will play a key role in managing a portfolio of business accounts, ensuring client expectations are met, and driving overall account performance.
This position involves frequent communication with businesses in the transportation industry, including negotiating past-due accounts, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a performance-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and support overall client success
- Make outbound calls to transportation-related businesses to resolve and negotiate past-due balances
- Maintain accurate documentation of all account activity, communications, and transactions
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals and KPIs
- Multitask across calls, data entry, emails, and system updates in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve processes and client outcomes
- Ensure work queue is maintained in alignment with service level expectations
- Deliver professional, high-quality customer service in all interactions
