Job Description

This candidate will be working specifically on a project for Parking Technology:
- Act as the point-of-contact and escalation for integrations, incidents, and minor enhancements.
- Manage, update, triage, request services for the parking technology system and app
- Daily, walk the parking technology solution, identify maintenance requests and enter
- Weekly, “reset” system counters as needed
Engineering Technologies:
- Serve as the Solution Owner for select engineering technologies, providing planning, triage, procurement, strategy, and day-to-day support.
- Requires strong communication, ability to take ownership of ambiguous situations, and familiarity with managing technology; will lead clarifications and drive cross-functional decisions
- Ensure adherence to configuration management, security, and safety policies.
- Participate in on-site reviews, integration testing, and hands-on troubleshooting as required.
Food Services technology deployment, sustainment & complianc
Own solution delivery and provide lifecycle support for assigned A2R engineering technologies.
Act as the point-of-contact and escalation for Parking Technology, Food Services Technology, and Engineering Technologies
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, IT, Leadership, Procurement) to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with established standards and stakeholder requirements.
Maintain and update architecture artifacts and support documentation for deployed technologies.
Triage and prioritize incoming engineering and customer requests; facilitate backlog organization, prioritization and execution planning with stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement: performance metrics, root-cause analysis, lessons learned reporting, and corrective action implementation.
Represent the business in stakeholder meetings; provide regular status and risk reporting to program leadership.
Ensure adherence to configuration management, security, and safety policies.
Participate in on-site reviews, integration testing, and hands-on troubleshooting as required.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ year of project management, program management, or product management experience
- Strong communication skills and a demonstrated willingness to take ownership of ambiguous situations; able to clarify requirements, drive decisions, and lead cross-functional resolution.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and program reporting skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Familiarity with navigating compliance and procurement processes
- Understanding of Commercial Off The Shelf software deployment, integration, and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with software requirements gathering, use case and user story development, network and solution architecture concepts, software deployment and implementation, and user training development and deployment
