Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Medical Assistant for a large healthcare provider located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This candidate will provide basic patient care such as pre-exam work, patient testing, immunizations, patient education, etc. and other clerical support functions. On average, you will take care of 22 patients per day and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates ideally have active CCMA, RMA, NCMA, or AAMA licenses/certifications or must be open to obtaining them. You will be required to work onsite in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1+ years of experience providing basic patient care and clerical support in healthcare
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- High school diploma
- Must work onsite in Myrtle Beach, SC

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- CCMA, RMA, NCMA, or AAMA certification/license
- Phlebotomy experience
