Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Maintenance technician that will support their Beach Rental Properties with the various maintenance requests that come through. There will be an organized ticketing system that will be used for each request as you work through about 10-15 requests each day. Requests will include basic plumbing work, electric fixes, HVAC work, and other utility fixes.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ Years of Experience working as a maintenance technician within commercial or residential buildings or properties
• 1+ Years of Inspection experience at either residential or commercial properties.
• Experience with all utilities on a property (Electric, Water, Gas, HVAC) and other basic tasks to fix up different parts of the interior and exterior of the property.
• High attention to detail
• Willing to step up for additional tasks outside of maintenance to help the operations team complete a deadline or task.
• Own personal tools to bring to each request. If a special tool is needed management will purchase.
• Own vehicle for driving to each request. Each location is about 30-45 min away. (You are reimbursed 70 cents per mile)
