Job Description

The Lead Security Technician is a senior-level field leadership role responsible for supporting both small and large-scale security installation projects. This position plays a critical role in the installation of the project as well as ensuring project success by overseeing daily operations, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. The Lead Security Technician works under the supervision of the assigned project manager and is expected to plan, delegate, and monitor tasks to ensure timely and efficient job completion.

Required Skills & Experience

-5-7 years’ experience in Security Installation
-Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
-Must be able to pass a drug test
-HS diploma or GED
-Must be able to install surveillance equipment (live security)
-Installation of Field Devices: Request to Exit Buttons, Emergency release buttons, readers, keypads (biometric, fingerprint), long range readers.
-Understanding of project details and schedules
-Verify project drawings for accuracy
-Managing the required reports on the projects
-Capable of using MS Office software programs
