Assist in the coordination of facilities maintenance for company systems including HVAC, Air compressors, backup generator, gas distribution, electrical distribution, audio-visual, mobile equipment and general office and shop upkeep.
Provide support for events and facility users for emergent facilities issues.
Assist with the documentation of technical data, maintenance process and procedures, consistent with EHS and engineering policies and procedures.
Provide timely communications on significant issues or developments.
Support all company EHS initiatives.
Perform maintenance following all of the companys safety procedures (LOTO, rigging, ladder safety, etc.).
Perform effective problem solving with limited supervision.
Support the procurement of materials need to perform maintenance and facilities support duties.
5 years of experience in plant and machine maintenance or associates degree or certificate in maintenance, manufacturing, construction, OR a related discipline from an accredited technical school or college and 3 years experience.
Understanding of EHS and safety procedures (LOTO, rigging, ladder safety)
Comfortability with documenting processes and procedures
Strong MS Office and Outlook experience
