Job Description

One of Insight Global's clients is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer in the Graniteville SC area. This candidate should be coming from a Manufacturing background with experience of problem solving and working on the assembly floor. They will be responsible for leading the Maintenance team in launching new programs/equipment as well as upgrading current ones. This role will be hands on and require machine installation and some troubleshooting. They will be working on process improvements and process flow analysis to ensure an efficient warehouse floor and process.

Required Skills & Experience

* 5-7 years of experience in a Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineer Role and Bachelor's Degree

* Verified floor working experience

* Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles in a Manufacturing or Automotive industry

* Experience with machine installation and equipment layout

* Experience with Process Improvement and Process Flow Analysis

* Experience with metal or roll forming machines

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Experience with AutoCAD

* Experience with DMFA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly)

* Industrial or Electrical Engineering knowledge
