Job Description
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join a new solar facility in Fort Mill. This role involves developing and leading large assembly and production teams. You will oversee and analyze production processes, and your efforts will contribute to the growth and success of this new plant. The ideal candidate will implement lean principles to ensure efficient operations and drive continuous improvement in the production activities.

Required Skills & Experience
• At least 5 years of experience overseeing production and assembly teams
• Strong experience in assembly line operations
• Expert in lean methodologies and six sigma
• OEE Experience, understanding of DMAIC model
• Background in an industry with highly technical components such as automotive, aerospace, electronics or solar
