A client is looking to hire a Production/Application Support Engineer in the Charlotte, NC area. This role will be too review system health dashboards and logs to ensure all services are running smoothly. Address any overnight alerts or incidents reported by monitoring tools. Along with Incident Management and responding to and troubleshoot issues reported by users or automated monitoring systems. Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes to resolve incidents promptly. Apply patches and updates to applications and databases to ensure security and stability. Monitor performance metrics and optimize system performance as needed. Work closely with development teams to understand new features and changes. Perform regular database maintenance tasks such as backups, indexing, and performance tuning. Write and optimize SQL queries to support application functionality and reporting needs.

6-8 years of Production/Application Support Experience
Expertise with Full Stack troubleshooting (.Net/C#/Angular)
Expertise with SQL Querying/Procedures
Experience with AWS IaC Environments
