Job Description

Day to Day:
• Prepares, reviews, administers, and tracks license and service contract renewals within the healthcare industry.
• Works with hospital administrators and/or supply chain departments to renew existing contracts.
• Works with internal finance department to bill the customer accordingly once renewal PO is received.

Job Description
• Performs various contract administrative duties related to Customer’s medical hardware, software, and service contracts.
• Tracking annual and multi-year contract renewals.
• Acts as liaison between the organization and Customers to implement the original contracts, and then annual contract renewals.
• Creates initial contract within our fully integrated ERP system
• Works with finance department on billing
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
• Requires a bachelor’s degree and / or work experience in a related area. Would consider four or more years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two to four years’ experience with office administration, preferably in the medical device field or some type of renewals
• Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• Good organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:
• Billing experience a plus
• ERP systems: 2 years (Preferred)
• Accounts payable: 2 years (Preferred)
• Accounts receivable: 2 years (Preferred)
