Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Strategic Customer Invoicing Coordinator provides exceptional, professional and efficient service to Strategic Customers in the rental of
construction/industrial equipment and store items. Serving as the centralized point of contact, the Coordinator is responsible for customer invoicing for large national, industrial, strategic and key accounts. In conjunction with Credit Services, the Coordinator assists in collection of accounts. The Coordinator will work directly with customers on disputed balances and any other accounting charge code issues. The Coordinator is expected to utilize knowledge of Sunbelt services to satisfy the customers needs and requests. The Coordinator serves as the liaison between Customers, Credit Services and branches to resolve billing issues. This role exemplifies the Sunbelt Promise of reliability, availability and ease to our customers.

Provides responsive, exemplary customer service to Strategic Customers, both current and potential
Responsible for invoicing/e-invoicing customers, processing invoices through various accounting systems and external sites, as required
Monitors invoices and reviews on-rent reports frequently for targeted customer base
Prepares detailed information to track purchase order values, invoiced amounts and remaining available values
Reconciles internal and external systems to ensure all invoices are submitted to the customer
Processes order cancellations and requests equipment pick-ups, as needed
Researches and understands customer policies and procedures with respect to billing
Logs incoming calls, categorizing each call appropriately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or (ERP) program or similar
programs
Serves as a mediator for invoice disputes and other account maintenance issues, as required
Assists in collection of difficult, large national, strategic, industrial and other key accounts
Responds to customer inquiries quickly and courteously via phone, email or chat
Act as main point of contact for all customers requesting specialized invoicing services
Works with key customers to develop specialized processes and procedures, as needed
Handles customer complaints in a professional manner in order resolve outstanding issues to the satisfaction of the customer and Sunbelt
Rentals
Clearly and concisely communicates with customers base frequently to ensure customer satisfaction
Goes above and beyond by displaying a positive and enthusiastic attitude and by using innovative solutions to satisfy customers needs.
Follows communication procedures, guidelines and policies outlined by Team Leader and/ or Manager
Meets established goals and objectives as determined by Team Leader and/ or Manager

Required Skills & Experience

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years Collections or Accounts Receivable experience
- Intermediate knowledge Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- PO management experience
- Portal management experience (Coupa, Aribia, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Commitment to excellent customer service both internally and externally
- Written and verbal communication skills highlighted in all forms of communication including email

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Rental Industry experience
- Wynne experience
