Job Description
This role is a strategic leadership position focused on driving business growth through advanced analytics and business intelligence. The individual will design and refine pricing models and unit economics (like CAC, LTV, and payback periods), build forecasting tools to support executive decision-making, and unify the company’s fragmented BI systems into a scalable, centralized infrastructure. This individual will be responsible for building out a BI strategy and a team of analysts, to collaborate cross-functionally with departments like Finance, Product, and Marketing, and translate complex data into actionable strategies for senior leadership. This role will include building out the BI infrastructure to help develop pricing frameworks and reporting across the company.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or pricing
Experience with building corporate Business Intelligence strategy
Expertise in advanced data analytics (R, Python)
BI tool expertise (Tableau, SQL, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
Desire to build a team in a startup environment
Experience in consulting
Experience working for a GSIB / Cat 1 Bank
