Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Consultant with expertise in ECMO or perfusion to join our team. This individual will be 100% customer-facing, responsible for clinical product evaluations, installations, and delivering training programs to customers across the U.S. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in ECMO/perfusion, organized, self-motivated, and passionate about quality improvement and clinical education.

Required Skills & Experience

ECMO Coordinator, ECMO Specialist, or Perfusionist title required (ICU nurses must hold ECMO-specific titles; managerial or director-level ECMO experience is a plus).
Minimum of 35 years of ECMO or perfusion experience in ICU, OR, or acute care.
Exceptional social, teaching, and interpersonal skills (customer-facing experience required).
Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% nationwide.
Based in the Bay Area or Sacramento.
Industry experience and familiarity with clinical product installations strongly preferred.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Industry experience and familiarity with clinical product installations strongly preferred
Masters degree in a related field helpful but not mandatory.
Prior involvement in quality improvement initiatives preferred.
