Job Description

Scheduling regular meetings and recording decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
Creating and tracking workflows (submittals, work approvals, RFIs)
Team communications Meetings, Commitments and Deadlines
Tracking contractor production and employee count, sending out weekly reports
Facilitate onboarding and orientation of vendors and contractors
Coordinated multidiscipline, technical field issues with contractors

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required - Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred.
ENTRY-LEVEL role - up to 2-3 years experience is OK but would also take new grads
General commercial construction background is a MUST. Manufacturing construction is preferred.
Excellent computer skills and comprehension of Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Highly organized and able to prioritize with a bias for action
Strong written & verbal communication skills Will be tasked with highly confidential and sensitive information
Positive attitude
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and anticipate last minute changes with a team player mindset
Attention to detail is mandatory
Ability to pinpoint problems and find creative solutions
