Insight Global is actively working with one of the nation's top residential builders to identify a Construction Manager for the Columbia, SC market. This individual will be responsible for managing the activities of construction projects. They will be working to ensure construction schedules, onsite safety, development of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, reviewing and maintaining quality standards, and upkeeping customer satisfaction. In this particular role, the candidate will split time between the Charleston office and in the field, doing walk throughs of homes throughout different phases of construction. Our client is looking for someone who wants longevity, along with a rich and rewarding career. * BS Degree in Construction, Engineering, Business Administration, etc.
* 2+ years of experience in the construction industry
* Ability to manage construction processes, ensuring that trade performance is meeting expectations, costs are controlled, budgets are managed, and customer service is top notch
* New build construction experience specifically in the Columbia area
