Insight Global is searching for a Senior Workday Payroll Time Tracking and Absence Analyst to support one of our largest healthcare clients in the Southeast. This individual will have the ability to sit remotely in EST or CST.
Daily responsibilities will primarily include working through the ServiceNow ticketing system in order to answer support tickets related to the Payroll Module. This person will specifically be working with Time Tracking and Absence related tickets. With regards to those tickets, they will also be responsible for communicating with the end user who submitted the ticket to understand business objectives, then identify the subsequent technical configuration changes that are needed in order to solve the business issue. This will include testing, modifications and deployment and will require technical expertise in this field. Excellent communication will be needed to do this job effectively.
A good fit for this role will have a technical workday payroll background with at least 3 years of experience configuring within the Time Tracking and Absence portion of the payroll module. Experience in a post go-live support environment is required.
This team works standard 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM hours in EST.
Pay Ranges from $71,000-$111,000/year

-3+ years of Workday Payroll Configuration Experience, Specifically in Time Tracking and Absence
-2+ years in a technical workday role supporting an integration or implementation
-Strong experience in a post go-live support environment
-Experience using a support ticketing system and the ability to communicate with end users to understand business objectives
-Bachelor's Degree Required
-Healthcare or Higher Education Experience HIGHLY preferred (either internally or via consulting for a healthcare client)
-Any Workday Pro Certifications (Time Tracking or Absence Pro Cert highly preferred)
-Experience in a large organization supporting multiple entities under the same corporate umbrella
