· Assist Regional Manager with all aspects of sales administration or as directed.
· Coordinate selection and timing of release of containers for sale with depots according to criteria established by Marketing.
· Monitor sale releases in Deluxe for gate activity and follow up to complete sale by initiating proper invoicing.
· Provide customer assistance to clients and vendors, including extensive coordination with customers and depots to ensure speedy accessibility and pickup of containers sold within 2-week time frame.
· Follow-up with 3rd party gate buys receiving and update Deluxe with corresponding releases to capture units; issue these invoices as directed by regional manager.
· Produce detailed spreadsheets to operations for issuance of sales invoices in accordance with Operational policy and procedure as well as Marketing's commercial decisions.
· While this position is primarily responsible for sales operations, it performs inside sales in fielding phone and email requests by providing availability and price quotations to regionally based customers in the assigned territory.
· Assist customers requesting information in assigned territory with resale locations.
· Manage and update sales customer profiles/contacts in Deluxe as needed.
· Interface with and assist Regional Manager on regional accounts receivable issues to include collection calls to customers.
· Coordinate with accounting on processing credit card transactions and receipt of wire transfers, checks, etc. before release of equipment as necessary.
· Assist new clients in providing proper and necessary documentation for setup in system prior to release of equipment.
· Assist when needed as backup for NAM Operations for regional bookings, acceptances, maintenance and repair, etc. as required by Marketing.
· Coordinates with Regional Operations and TECH for proper grading of sales inventory.
· Create weekly CAI sales inventory report and distribute to all North America customer base.
Assist with special marketing tasks and projects as needed or directed.
* 1-2 years of office experience in an marketing, administrative, operational, or sales capacity
* Customer service experience, has been customer facing before working with external partners
* Familiarity with MS Office applications
* Familiarity with invoicing systems
* Excellent attention to detail
