Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a talented individual to join one of our commercial real estate clients in Charleston, SC. This role will be working on a small team and will be wearing many hats to support overall business functions, marketing initiatives, client support and event planning. This person will be required to work on-site in downtown Charleston and will have some flexibility for a hybrid schedule.



Day-to-Day



Supporting Business Functions:

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO

* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, organize travel, and handle correspondence

* Prepare and manage business documents and reports for executive decision-making



Marketing:

* Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote specific properties in the company's portfolio that are available for rent

* Create engaging content for various platforms (social media, newsletters, etc.) to highlight events, tenant achievements, and community news.

* Network with local businesses and organizations to enhance the company's real estate portfolio through increased visibility and reputation.



Client Support:

* Foster a sense of community among tenants through regular communication, events, and initiatives.

* Encourage tenant interaction and collaboration, enhancing the overall environment of their properties.



Event Planning:

* Plan, organize, and execute various events at properties to foster community and collaboration among tenants.

* Manage logistics, vendor relationships, and event promotion.

* Track event outcomes and feedback to continuously improve the tenant experience.

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

* Proven experience in an executive assistant role

* Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Experience in event planning and coordination.

* Marketing and social media proficiency.

* Creative thinking with a focus on community building and tenant engagement.

* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Familiarity with the real estate industry and property management is a plus.
