Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Handling referrals and prior authorizations
• Managing medical records
• Providing information and assistance to patients
• Maintaining accurate patient records

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information
• Familiarity with healthcare systems and procedures

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
