RIM Business Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a RIM Business Analyst for a 12 month contract. This is a remote opportunity. Qualifications include knowledge of M365 and Purview records management, content analysis, migration planning and reducing ROT using ActiveNav. Ability to create and analyze reports using Power BI, M365 export and compliance tools, exposure to PowerShell for configurations, assisting with physical records cleaning and ad hoc analysis and working experience with information architecture, data protections and M365 best practices.

- 3+ years experience with M365 Purview
- 3+ years experience with a data discovery tool (Active Nav preferred)
- Extensive experience with SharePoint online
- Experience with the configuration and rollout of Microsoft 365 services and Microsoft Purview records management capabilities
- Experience creating and updating Power BI reports, M365 exports, ActiveNav exports and similar report analysis.
- Ability to generate and analyze M365 compliance and audit reports.
- Experience using PowerShell to enable services and achieve actions.
- Experience analyzing content for retention mapping or reconciliation to data classifications, sensitivity labels or summary reports.
- Experience working in a Modern Records and Information Management environment.
- Ability to translate technical needs into business language as well as the ability to work on multiple projects at once.
