Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a POS Facilitator . This resource will be responsible for planning, leading, and driving outcomes from UPOS solution design and process standardization workshops. Acting as a neutral enabler, the Facilitator ensures productive collaboration across business, technical, operational, and vendor stakeholders while keeping sessions focused, inclusive, and decision‑oriented. This is a initial 4 month contract position. It is remote opportunity with the requirement to travel for 1 week for an in person facilitation session.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and facilitate UPOS solution design and process standardization workshops.
- Align diverse stakeholders to validate an off‑the‑shelf UPOS solution, drive decisions, and move outcomes forward.
- Lead engaging virtual sessions managing time, participation, and priorities.
- Communicate product value, guide consensus, and resolve misalignments or decision gaps.
- Provide light end‑user enablement to ensure stakeholders understand system capabilities and standard processes.
- Capture and validate decisions, requirements, action items, and workshop outputs.
- Support follow‑up discussions and continuous improvement across workshops.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience facilitating complex, multi‑stakeholder workshops solutioning POS roadmaps and detailed design documents
- 10 years of overall POS training, implementation and/or project management experience
- Strong ability to influence, generate buy‑in, and align groups around a common goal.
- Outcome‑driven mindset grounded in vision, guiding principles, and business value.
- Experience working with retail co‑operatives, franchise models, or similar distributed business environments.
- Understanding of POS systems and associated business processes.
- Ability to read stakeholder dynamics and identify supporters, blockers, and influencers.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience in retail and/or hospitality environments is an asset.
