The Field Customer Support is a critical role responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of asset data across multiple divisions. This position involves a combination of data verification, asset monitoring, and support activities that are essential for the smooth operation and optimization of our supply chain processes. This individual will be responsible for working with the sites within their region to help assist them in using the DSC program more efficiently, allowing them to make stronger analytical decisions regarding their current inventory, fleet, future orders and other assets. They will be working with their delivery and data team to gather analytical reports to showcase to the sites the true value add of the program and cross reference areas of cost and timely savings. In order to be successful this person needs to have an outgoing personality with a customer service mindset as they will be supporting their clients (sites) with their needs. The chosen person needs to be proactive and understand the data they are seeing and cross reference with data reporting to ensure accuracy. They will also be responsible for scheduling any and all asset installs with the sites and other vendors. This person will ensure that the scheduled installs have all of the correct equipment and verify that the installs are done correctly and working smoothly afterwards. After everything is installed and the site is up and running This individual will help assist them in using the DSC program more efficiently, allowing them to make stronger analytical decisions regarding their current inventory, fleet, future orders and other assets before passing off to the Optimization team to ensure a white-glove service support is delivered!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial asset audits and collaborate with Division Administrators to clean and prepare asset lists for installation and tracking.
Verify and monitor asset data during installation and throughout the process to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Maintain data cleanliness for asset transfers, sales, and rental terms.
Compare and reconcile data across Systems of Record to ensure alignment with division asset lists.
Address data discrepancies in collaboration with the Optimization and Process Lead.
Track and verify asset numbers and movements post-ingestion in the DSC Front End.
Coordinate installation windows with Deere and Dealerships for hardware installation.
Manage and resolve any maintenance issues or discrepancies noted during asset installation.
Revisit and refine the onboarding process based on lessons learned to enhance efficiency.
Confirm the correct setup of each Divisions branches in the JD OPS Center.
Provide feedback to the Field Point of Contact Lead, Product Owner, and Project Manager regarding any defects or enhancements.
Transition divisions to the Optimization Lead once monthly data verification is complete.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures tailored to the needs of the field, fleet, and agronomy.
Support the field in maximizing the use of JD Op Centre and Ag Logic.
Notify the Field Point of Contact Lead when Division asset lists are clean and installations are complete.
Liaise with the Hardware Lead on any M-Modem challenges or data gaps.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and coordinate field testing efforts.
Train and support all RTK-based activities and promote the value of RTK to divisions.

Customer Service/ Inside Sales Experience is a must!
English as a first language
Proven experience in data management and support. (Excel skills are required)
Agricultural experience (understanding the importance the sites play in getting required materials from the mines to the growers)
Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to schedule installs with multiple different parties and vendors
Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of JD Op Centre, Ag Logic, or RTK technologies
Willingness to travel to different divisions as required.
