Job Description

Insight Global is looking for multiple customer service representatives for one of our largest agricultural clients. The individual can sit anywhere in Canada but working hours will be from 8am – 5pm MST for 8 months long. The individual will primarily be supporting the Accounts Payable department and responsible for assisting with any and all invoicing issues. Being able to provide clients and stakeholders accurate updates with their invoices as well as pointing them in the right direction for problem resolution. A successful candidate needs to have multiple years experience in customer service and a strong background or understanding of accounting principles. Most of the ticketing is done via ServiceNow or through an email folder. Candidates need to have excellent communication skills and be very collaborative. Having an understanding of ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP would be considered a huge asset.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
- 3-5 years with customer service experience
- 2+ years experience working at large enterprise companies
- Strong understanding of accounting and account payable processing
- Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Nice to Haves:
- Understanding of ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
- Experience working with ServiceNow ticketing system
