Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Application Support Business Analyst for a 12 month contract. A successful candidate is expected to go on-site 5 days a week in Saskatoon. This analyst will play a key role in ensuring the ongoing stability, performance, and reliability of converged technology applications that span IT, operational technology (OT), and cloud platforms. This role works closely with cross-functional engineering, IT, and project teams to provide technical support, incident management, and continuous improvement for critical digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years experience supporting enterprise applications in IT, OT, or cloud-based environments, or as business analysist.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), industrial control systems, and automation preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
University degree or college diploma relevant to business analysis or equivalent education and experience.
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Maintain and update documentation for application support processes, system configurations, and known issues.
Participate in system upgrades, patching activities, testing, and validation in both IT and OT networks.
Assist with user training, onboarding, and problem resolution for application end-users.
Collect requirements for ongoing improvements and collaborate with project and development teams to implement enhancements.
