Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Business Systems Analyst for one of our top insurance clients. A successful candidate will have extensive technical experience working as a BSA as well as experience working in an Agile environment and leading teams in an Agile environment. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background with the ability to communicate with both technical and functional teams. We are expecting this resource to have hands on technical experience, for example building applications as opposed to being a user. This resource will have exposure to APIs. With a background in Agile delivery framework, you will be expected to have strong testing experience. This is a 6 month contract with a likelihood of extensions, located in Regina with the expectation of being on site 2 days per week.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years working as a Business Systems Analyst
5+ years of experience working in an Agile environment and experience successfully leading a team through Agile methodologies.
Hands on experience with Gherkin
Technical aptitude and strong business acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Degree/diploma in relevant field and/or certifications.
