TA Advisor

Insight Global is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support a global mining organization on a contract. The TA Partner will lead full‑cycle recruitment for the organizations corporate functions focusing on IT. This role combines day‑to‑day execution with strategic recruitment, including candidate screening, interviewing, selection guidance, process coaching for hiring leaders, and developing data‑driven recommendations such as sourcing strategies or sign‑on incentives. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, lead Diversity, Equity & Inclusion recruitment efforts, execute community‑based sourcing to strengthen local pipelines, and ensure a smooth recruit‑to‑offer workflow before handoff to the onboarding team. The position requires strong business acumen to understand site operations, the ability to manage high‑volume and technically specialized requisitions, comfort operating with significant independence, and the capability to navigate and leverage ATS/HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors is an asset). Th successful candidate will bring three to five years of HR or recruitment related experience. This is a contract position with the expectation to be on site 5 days per week in Saskatoon.

· 3-5 years of recruitment experience
· Experience with an HR system is preferred
· Professional, well spoken with strong business acumen
Strong stakeholder and hiring leader partnership skills
