Analyze and understand the end-to-end data flow within the system, from PSA to MEP.
Identify and document features and defects eligible for BPAT prior to each release and hotfix.
Utilize Rally to generate reports and track BPAT-related items.
Collaborate with Digital Product Owners (POs) to validate and shortlist features for demo and those impacting member experience.
Work with Program Managers and Product Owners to determine necessary data setup for each feature and defect.
Coordinate with data setup teams across the train to ensure all required data is in place before BPAT begins.
Identify and engage key SPOCs in each area to streamline communication and execution.
Liaise with Tech Leads and the Release Management team to finalize UAT deployment timelines.
