In this role, you'll assume a highly visible position within the PBM organization, driving strategic initiatives and operational execution to support critical processes and strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Initiatives Management:
* Collaborate with the Pharmacy call center, patient experience team, reporting and analytics, and Pharmacy Operations to manage strategic initiatives for the PBM Team.
2. Work in a cross-functional team environment on multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Project Development and Management:
* Develop foundational materials to proactively define and manage projects, including charters, status trackers, and project management frameworks.
* Ensure that the end state of various projects aligns with business objectives and that all deliverables and due dates are met.
4. Governance and Reporting:
* Manage key governance for the Operations team, including weekly team meetings and project status checkpoints.
Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional partners to develop tools, provide project management support, and liaise with teams supporting reporting.
