Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Prod Support/Vulnerability Engineer for a large health insurance client of ours. 40% of this resource’s day will be handling vulnerability assessments & remediations. The other 60% of this role will be handling tier 2 and/or tier 3 support, mainly break and fix with current code. They will be expected to handle enhancements, incidents, tickets & resolutions. Some additional responsibilities include handling operations for the team for the application & vulnerabilities. As code releases come through, this team is responsible for pushing all of code into production with different types of requests that come in.

Required Skills & Experience
• Senior level Production Support experience
• 7+ years with support of applications – break & fix, etc.
o What code are they fixing and what is the language this is in?
SSIS, C#
• Experience with Vulnerability Engineering
• Service Now ticketing experience
• Power BI exposure
