Senior IT Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking 5 T Project Managers to support a large health insurance client of ours. There are 10 12 work streams that need PM support. They will be expected to review business processes that are built and dont work well or they are not defined. And then figure out what is the current process, delays, failures, road blocks. Will be tasked to work & negotiate/broker with the groups once they are identified, they will be tasked with defining what changing need to be made: Some of it may be technology, some will be staff, some will be business processes, etc. Then the PMs need to be expected to drive the roadmap -& set up metrics for progress.

7+ years of project management experience
Heavy experience with process-oriented improvement projects
Heavy experience working with Business Leadership
o VP level Senior VP occasionally
healthcare background: clinical, Medicare, payor, provider, etc. or commercial insurance experience
experience delivering IT projects
Rational Team Concert experience or similar. Ex: Jira, Rally, etc.
Budgeting/financial experience
o daily allocations of budget $1 million+
Must be able to translate technical to business requirements with the different LOBs
Must be able to analyze process flows and identify potential pain points, and suggest solutions
Must be able to mitigate and report risks to Program Manager and upper-level stakeholders

Team culture fit
Good communication skills this is crucial and will be scrutinized
Independent use their resources and strategize to get the job done
Ability to deal with VP and sometimes Sr VP interactions, and materials preparation to support these interactions
Strong PM skill set (schedule, milestones, risk management)
Independent workers
Ability to deal with ambiguity
Skills at driving process improvements, including roadmaps and prioritization
Working with groups of diverse stakeholders
