Senior AI Project Delivery Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Senior AI Project Delivery Manager to assist a large healthcare client of ours. This resource will assists in Advancing AI Strategy focused on clinical gap closure, improving member outreach and experience, and empowering customer service, clinical and stars staff with actionable insights.

Examples:
Consolidate outbound messaging/prioritize, integrate into telephony/chat systems to improve call outcomes with members
Senior PM Role includes oversee/manage the program to build the technology:
integrate technology with internal systems
develop/create standards for data ingestion
development of measurement analysis

7+ years of project delivery experience
AI Project Management experience:
healthcare background: clinical, medicare, payor, provider, etc.
must have the technical capacity with senior leadership and the technical data engineering team communication with both groups
End to End delivery project management experience
Rational Team Concert experience or similar. Ex: Jira, Rally, etc.
Budgeting/financial experience
Must be able to mitigate and report risks to Program Manager and upper level stakeholders

Soft Skills:
Team culture fit
Good communication skills
Independent use their resources and strategize to get the job done

Plusses:
data engineering background in a plus
