Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Scrum Master for a large healthcare/insurance client of ours. This Scrum Master will be aligned to new product team in Sales, Marketing and Member Shopping to support the day-to-day scrum of the backend engineer team. This is not a project management role but a true agile scrum master. This resource will be responsible for helping coach the team in agile methodology as this team is new and the engineers come from various backgrounds so need someone to help ground the team and develop processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience working as a Senior Scrum Master over backend engineering teams – speficially for sales enablement platforms
• Experience with understanding projects/programs with regulations: Medicare, Medicaid, etc.
• Rally + JIRA experience
• Experience coaching agile teams working through an agile transformation
