Job Description
A healthcare insurance client is looking for a ThoughtSpot BI Developer to join their BI reporting team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SQL and have at least two years of hands-on experience with ThoughtSpot, including data modeling, reporting analytics, administration, and Spotter usage. This role involves working closely with operational teams to understand data usage across the organization, providing on-demand support, and troubleshooting issues within ThoughtSpot. The developer will be responsible for creating secure, high-performance reports, training Spotter users, and ensuring natural language queries are supported through well-structured data models. This role will be approximately 80% development and 20% administration focused. Candidates with ThoughtSpot certification or experience in Power BI and AI-driven innovation (e.g., Copilot AI) for self-service BI will be considered a strong plus.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of ThoughtSpot experience in data modeling, reporting, administration, and Spotter functionality
Strong SQL proficiency for querying, transforming, and analyzing data
Experience supporting operational teams, including troubleshooting and on-demand reporting
Ability to train Spotter users and ensure natural language readiness through optimized data models
Hands-on report building skills with a focus on performance, secure access, and user-centric design
