Job Description

The Salesforce Business Analyst will support the Product Optimization team with a primary focus on PRMS enhancements. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to analyze, refine, and deliver Salesforce-based solutions that support evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong Salesforce knowledge, excellent requirements-gathering skills, and experience driving enhancements in a highly iterative environment.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical Salesforce teams to support ongoing PRMS enhancements and refinements.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria related to PRMS capabilities.
Collaborate with Product Owners and the Product Optimization team to prioritize enhancement requests, clarify business value, and align solutions to strategic goals.
Translate complex business processes into Salesforce functional designs, recommending best‑practice solutions where appropriate.
Support end-to-end delivery of enhancements, including UAT coordination, defect tracking, and release validation.
Evaluate existing PRMS functionality and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization.
Partner with Salesforce Developers, Admins, and QA resources throughout the development lifecycle.
Assist with change management, documentation, and stakeholder communication as enhancements are deployed.
Ensure solutions align with Salesforce platform standards, data integrity, and scalability requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Salesforce implementations or enhancements.
Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Proven ability to write clear, detailed user stories and functional requirements.
Solid understanding of Salesforce core capabilities (Sales Cloud preferred; Service or custom apps a plus).
Experience supporting ongoing enhancement backlogs rather than net-new implementations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with PRMS or similar product/revenue management systems.
Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst.
Experience working with product optimization or continuous improvement teams.
Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis within Salesforce.
Prior experience supporting scalable, enterprise Salesforce environments
