Insight Global is seeking a Product Manager to sit fully remote and be ok with quarterly travel. This person will be responsible for product management within Commercial Network & Provider. Day to day they will provide leadership across multiple teams, defining the product vision and strategy, and ensuring successful feature delivery and overall product health. He/She will manage a backlog of features to enhance the product, communicate risks, and prioritize investments to optimize value. As an individual contributor, they lead product teams by collaborating with Product Owners, Domain Owners, and Analysts, fostering a positive team culture through coaching and development. Ideal candidate will work closely with the Business General Manager, Design, Engineering, and Data/Analytics in a cross-discipline team, serving as the main point-of-contact with other stakeholders to ensure product cohesion and detail execution.

-8+ years of experience in technical product management, with focus around building technical products and services.
-2+ years of experience working in the healthcare payor industry.
-Experience working with Cloud computing technologies and Micro-services architectures.
-Experience in building and managing technical product teams using Agile framework
-Able to work with large-scale modernization programs in technical capacity.
