Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager-level Technical Program Integrator to drive execution within a large-scale, multi-year enterprise modernization initiative focused on transitioning away from legacy Broadcom platforms and related technologies. This transformation is driven by modernization goals, supportability requirements, evolving engineering practices, and long-term platform strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Program Integration & Orchestration
Serve as the central technical integrator across application, infrastructure, DevOps, security, data, engineering, and vendor workstreams.
Connect modernization strategy to execution by identifying dependencies, sequencing activities, clarifying ownership, and driving accountability.
Coordinate complex enterprise initiatives involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and delivery partners.
Act as the "orchestrator" who brings together diverse perspectives and helps teams navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
Execution Leadership
Drive delivery velocity by identifying and resolving blockers across workstreams.
Ensure teams remain focused on outcomes and critical path activities.
Facilitate cross-functional problem solving and decision-making.
Validate execution plans and challenge assumptions to ensure successful delivery.
Technical Oversight
Engage directly with technical leads, architects, developers, and SMEs to understand modernization challenges and opportunities.
Provide practical guidance on migration strategies, platform transitions, and modernization approaches.
Maintain awareness of technical architecture and enterprise-level impacts while remaining focused on program outcomes.
Help ensure the right technical questions are being asked and addressed throughout delivery.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Provide leadership and mentorship within a team environment consisting of approximately 8 core team members, including both onshore and offshore resources.
Support executive-level communications, reporting, and delivery discussions.
Foster collaboration across shared resources, SMEs, and development teams participating in the modernization effort.
