A healthcare insurance provide is looking for an AI Program Coordinator to join their team remotely. The AI Program Coordinator is an operational role responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of the AI governance program. This role ensures that cross-functional teams are aligned and equipped to adopt AI tools and practices safely, ethically, and efficiently. The coordinator will oversee governance documentation, manages workflow tools like JIRA, and supports agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement. They will be part of enabling responsible AI use by responding to stakeholder and regulatory inquiries, identifying opportunities for workflow automation, and tracking progress against strategic goals and OKRs. This position requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a deep understanding of responsible AI principles and data privacy standards.

3+ years of experience as a Program Coordinator or related role supporting a digital organization
Strong conceptual understanding of AI including AI risks and Large Language Models
Proficiency with JIRA or similar workflow tools
Understanding of agile practices and sprint planning
Experience with reporting tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
