Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Insight Global is seeing a Product Manager to support a large health insurance client. This role sits within a Medicare Technology Digital Product organization and supports a broad portfolio of digital and platform-based products, rather than a single scrum team. The Product Manager will operate in a fast‑paced, highly matrixed environment, partnering closely with technology, delivery, and business stakeholders while performing both strategic Product Manager duties and hands-on Product Owner responsibilities.
Manage a portfolio of digital and platform-based products, acting as both Product Manager and Product Owner as needed.
Own backlog prioritization, requirements definition, and refinement across multiple initiatives and teams.
Facilitate work across multiple engineering, delivery, and business teams, providing clarity, direction, and alignment.
Translate business and member experience needs into clear product requirements and solution direction, partnering closely with engineering and architecture teams.
Help guide end-to-end solutions across the technology stack, from UI and experience layers through middleware, integrations, APIs, and backend systems.
Support member communications and marketing campaign-driven initiatives focused on improving engagement, experience, and quality outcomes.
Partner with marketing, analytics, and operations teams to ensure campaign strategy, data, and technology are aligned.
Balance competing priorities while maintaining momentum across multiple products and stakeholders.
$50-60/hr

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a hybrid Product Manager Product Owner role.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities and complex dependencies.
Experience managing broad, platform-level products or portfolios, rather than a single, narrowly scoped product.
Strong ability to facilitate alignment across multiple delivery and engineering teams.
Background in marketing technology, campaign management, or member communications platforms.
Experience working within large enterprise technology organizations.
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Must work EST hours
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting Medicare or healthcare insurance products.
Familiarity with Medicare quality and experience programs (e.g., Stars initiatives).
Experience with call center technologies, messaging platforms, APIs, and network services.
