Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Merchandising Category Coordinator to support the Hair Care and Accessories team with a strong focus on item setup, STIBO data management, and sample tracking. This role plays a key part in executing new item planograms and supporting trend accessory assortments. The ideal candidate will bring 2–3 years of experience in a CPG, retail, or merchandising environment and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
The compensation for this role ranges from $25/hr to $30/hr depending on skillset, education, and years of experience. Benefits are also offered for this role.

Required Skills & Experience
· 2+ years of experience in a CPG company, retail organization, or merchandising/analytical role.
· Proficiency in STIBO or similar Master Data Management systems.
· Strong Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with Tableau or similar tools is a plus.
· Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
